We underline that authors whom, with the agreement of the session convenor, are not intended on submitting a paper, do still need to carry out the ‘paper submission’ process, indicating at the final step of the submission procedure that no paper is being uploaded. Further, we note also that, if you have already carried out a submission, you will still be able to edit and resubmit it, up until the aforementioned deadline, by using the ‘View submissions’ functionality that you find at the submission platform user homepage.
